Titles for Stage 3 were achieved earlier this month!

Practical completion of Stage 4 has been obtained, with Statement of Compliance now imminent. Titles for Stage 4 are expected to be issued in January 2015. As part of the early stage landscaping works, the feature entry wall along St. Georges Boulevard has been installed and the custom-made entry artwork will be completed and installed early in the new year. All hard-scaping and play equipment has now been installed in the Stage 1 neighbourhood park, with the balance of soft-scaping and planting to be finalised by March 2015.
