Practical completion has been awarded for Stage 5, with titles expected to be registered late March/early April.

Soft-scaping has commenced on the first Merrifield neighbourhood park, with the trees having been installed and with turf expected to be rolled out shortly.

The Merrifield Living Sales Office is being relocated into the Display Village over the coming weeks. We expect to be operating from this new location by mid-April. Until then, our sales team is operating out of a temporary sales office, adjacent to our current sales office.
