December 2015

December has been a big month at Merrifield, with statement of compliance having been achieved for stage 9 with title releases on track for January. Practical completion for stage 15 was also achieved, with statement of compliance expected in mid-January. A pre-commencement meeting has been arranged for stage 11 will occur in the first week of the new year, with works to follow imminently. Stages 6, 7 and 8 were connected to NBN.

November 2015

Landscaping has been completed with street trees installed through Stages 7 and 8. Stage 9 received practical completion from council, with titles expected early in the new year. Stages 10, 12, 13 and 14 are all currently under construction, with stage 11 expected to commence in early January.
