Construction has commenced at Summit Park!

We are thrilled to announce that works at Summit Park – the 5th state-of-the-art park in Merrifield – are now well and truly underway!

Working alongside award-winning MDG Landscape Architects, our vision for Summit Park focused on providing a park for the teens and older kids given its close proximity to Mickleham Secondary College.

The park design includes basketball hoop, parkour, rock climbing wall, play equipment, plenty of kick-about space, as well as a shelter and seating … providing the perfect space for kids to hang out after school.

Every home in Merrifield is within 5 minute walk of an amazing local park. Summit Park is perfectly positioned on the corner of Errol Boulevard and Tremaine Avenue, just a short 2 minute stroll to the future local town centre!

Summit Park is anticipated to be open before the end of 2023.

M-Square Community Convenience Opening July 2023!

With stage 1 construction of M-Square now almost complete, we are pleased to share that a new pizzeria (Pizza 3Sixty), gelato shop (Evaryde), Punjab Grocerz are now open and a charcoal chicken shop and Trishna Indian Restaurant and Sweets will open very soon within the precinct!

A range of health and wellness services – including a medical centre, pharmacy and Jump Swim School – along with a blend of lifestyle-focused offerings (Genesis gym, car wash and dining options) are also expected to open their doors in September 2023.

M-Square will importantly help service the everyday needs of the rapidly expanding Merrifield community. We look forward to the opening of M Square and sharing further progress updates when available!
