The Merrifield team is delighted to welcome an important new member to the crew!

Tennille Bradley-Ow has been appointed as Merrifield Community Development Manager and has already hit the ground running in January.

The new role is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community in Merrifield.

“I am really excited about what we can deliver to our community,” said Tennille. “I have many years’ experience working in community engagement, predominately within Council, delivering small and large scale projects.

“I also live in a new community myself so certainly understand the needs of Merrifield residents. We have some exciting initiatives planned.”

Tennille added that the Merrifield community is a proud group.

“Already, it is clear just how passionate Merrifield residents are about their new home and the community they are helping to develop.”

Tennille will be looking to engage directly with Merrifield residents in the first half of 2017 to understand community needs and interests, both now and into the future.

This will include a residents’ survey and a drop-in session.

Information gathered will inform the development of a Community Development Plan and a longer term Merrifield Community Vision.
