Construction has now started on stages 9 and 15, with titles expected in December and March respectively.

Due to inclement weather, there have been delays in practical completion on stages 7, 8 and 6. All three stages are now anticipated to title in September.

Over 60 homes are either being built or have been completed in Merrifield to date, with many more on their way following a enduring strong sales period.
