July saw the Statement of Compliance achieved for stage 11, which titled on 3 August. Stages 17 and 18 have had crushed rock installed, preparing for asphalting of the roads and topsoiling of naturestrips in anticipation of achieving Statement of Compliance by mid-August, with titles to follow.

In Stages 16 and 19, all electrical and NBN infrastructure has been installed, as well as kerbs. However, continuing inclement weather has caused a slight delay with our contractor currently forecasting Statement of Compliance for September.
