As part of an $850 million investment to be delivered by a re-elected Labor Government, six new schools will now be fully funded in the Yuroke electorate – including Merrifield West Primary School.

Set to open in 2021, Merrifield West Primary School will be the first primary school delivered at Merrifield to provide the educational needs of the community’s primary school age children from prep to grade 6, and will deliver best in class facilities.

To meet the demands of our growing state, Member for Yuroke Ros Spence said, “We are building new schools to ensure every local kid can get a great education close to home.”
