Sod has turned to commence construction at 21 Cityside Circuit
We recently marked the commencement of construction of a new commercial hub at Merrifield City with an official sod-turning.
The next stage of development at Merrifield City includes ’21 Cityside Circuit’ – a 4-level commercial/mixed-use building (due for completion in Q3 2024) that will attract businesses looking for modern office space closer to home, along with the delivery of a Swim School (opening March 2024).
21 Cityside Circuit will also incorporate a childcare facility, medical suites, gym and commercial offices, positioned alongside the existing shopping centre, cafés and restaurants. 21 Cityside Circuit is designed by NH Architecture, drawing upon inspiration from the surrounding natural environment to create a 100 per cent electric building with an abundance of natural light to the high-end sustainable offices.
With a commitment to a truly integrated mixed-use precinct, this building is the latest milestone in the planned evolution of Merrifield City, with our joint venture partner QIC.
