Stages 16 through to 19 underwent significant progression in August, including completion of top soiling in Stages 17 and 18, now awaiting final authority approval before lodging for titles; Stage 16 and 19 having had their electrical works completed including the installation of all lightpoles, and roads being prepared for asphalting.
