December has been a big month at Merrifield, with statement of compliance having been achieved for stage 9 with title releases on track for January. Practical completion for stage 15 was also achieved, with statement of compliance expected in mid-January. A pre-commencement meeting has been arranged for stage 11 will occur in the first week of the new year, with works to follow imminently. Stages 6, 7 and 8 were connected to NBN.
