Practical completion for landscaping in stage 4 was achieved this month, with stage 5 landscaping to commence in early July.

Stages 7 and 8 have asphalt going down over the next week, with practical completion expected in the first week of July.

Stage 6 practical completion is expected in July, with construction to also commence on stages 9 and 15 in late July.
