Titles were achieved for a total of 43 lots in Stage 5, which saw Merrifield title its 100th lot!

Construction is progressing well on stages 6, 7 and 8, with asphalt expected to be rolled out in the coming weeks. We expect to commence construction on stages 9 and 15 before the end of June.

On Saturday 16 May, we held a launch event for the opening of the Merrifield Display Village. With food trucks, prizes, children’s activities and Olaf from Disney’s Frozen, we saw over 800 people attend the event, enjoying a beautiful autumn’s day at Merrifield.
