Statement of Compliance for Stage 3 was achieved this week!

Practical Completion of Stage 4 civil construction is now imminent. For Stage 5 construction, road bases are complete with sewer and drainage works nearing completion.

The entry boulevard and neighbourhood park are progressing well, with our first state-of-the-art piece of play equipment having arrived on site, and entry feature wall works commenced. Additionally, the majority of display village builders have homes under construction, gearing up for its early 2015 launch.
