October has seen another productive month of construction at Merrifield.

Works surged ahead at Stage 23 with the sewer installed, the installation of drainage almost complete and the commencement of road and lots earthworks.

Titles were achieved at stages 17 and 18, while Statement of Compliance was achieved at stage 19, with titles to follow in November.

Once this occurs, we will reach a milestone at Merrifield with our first 700 lots titled.
